*I can drill to problem computer over network from my laptop and see the shared scan folder, enter the proper username/password and gain access to the scan folder and make a new folder indicating the user/password has read write access and it is available on the network *I can ping the problem computer by it's ip address and by its machine name *have double checked the file permissions on the other computers that do work correctly and all settings are exactly the same yet it will not scan to 3rd computer *have completely turned off the firewall on problem machine as well as a/v *have created a dedicated user on computer with permissions to scan folder with a simple password just to verify there's no way I'm mistyping password. *am using ip address of computer rather than computer name *Have double checked user/password/permissions on folder on computer, have recreated the scan path on the KonicaMinolta (a couple times)

I have a network with 3 windows 10 machines, Konica Minolta 3850 copier, 2 machines scan to the respective shared scan folder on the machines, 1 machine fails immediately when choosing destination from the copiers scan to folder menu.
